Have examples and constructs of the AppleScript language at your fingertips. AppleScript Language Guide, updated for Leopard, is the essential guide for scripters and developers.

However, the updated AppleScript Language Guide is nowhere to be found. It’s just so frustrating! So I sent a feedback regarding this matter.

Today while checking out my Gmail inbox, I’m surprised to find that there is a message titled “Re: ADC Feedback”. Here’s the reply from ADC:

I just can’t believe they would actually respond to my feedback! This is Apple way of company-customer/user/developer interaction, which only a few other companies can match ( I think Google is one of the “a few companies” ) ! 先来看看以罗永浩等人为首所谓权威人士所用的论据吧：

John Hein博士的一项研究表明：Mac用户平均IQ要比PC用户低15%。

超过6000多的参加者接受了测试，结果清晰的显示IQ比较低的人会倾向于使用Mac。

通常人们都认为Mac用户所受的教育更高，所以IQ也更高。但是结果却正好相反。Mac用户只答对了基础问题的75%，而PC用户却高达83%。

John Heinz博士给出了如下两个理由：

1) Mac 用户买电脑注重的只是外观和样式。他们不清楚电脑的真正性能。

2) Mac 用户已经被洗脑了，他们考虑的是艺术化而不是理性

首先，这位所谓的博士名不见经传，而且学术上对所引用文献必须列出出处，这包括作者、期刊名称、期号、文献出版年月。而这帮所谓权威人士就只用了一个名字。

其次，参与测试的人员的相关信息也未提供。因此，不能排除样本个体的选择具有特殊性的可能。

再次，所提供的理由中的第一条：

Mac 用户买电脑注重的只是外观和样式

这条理由恰恰暴露了这批人压根未理解 “设计” 的内涵。功能的完备仅仅是整个用户体验的一个组成部分，图形用户界面， 即 GUI 的设计同样也是整个用户体验中不可或缺且尤为重要的一部分。Mac 用户并非是仅仅出于对外观和样式的考虑选择了 Mac ，而是因为我们相信 Apple 对用户的重视，其对产品设计的深入理解，同时 Apple 也通过实际行动证明了我们这样的信任是没错的。这里，我仅举一例：

请大家设想一下杂志包装上用到的封口条，常见的是这个封口条位于打开包装时掀起的那一侧。这样的设计有个问题：当你想把杂志放回包装袋时很容易让杂志被封口条黏住，通常解决办法是在将杂志放回前把封口条黏在反面。而 Apple 用来包装用户手册的包装袋上，封口条位于不掀起的那一侧，这样用户手册放回时决不会被黏到。仅此就足以表明 Mac 用户选择相信 Apple 绝对没错。因为，这一点改变或许在大多数人眼里是毫无必要的，然而改变后给用户带来了便利，Apple 选择了改变而非忽视。

相信看完本文，读者们已能体会到罗永浩等人为首所谓权威人士所用论据之荒谬至极了。所以，罗永浩等人为首所谓权威人士，麻烦你们日后诽谤之时多动动脑筋吧！！！

2008年已至，本人决定给本博客换个新面孔，但由于本人在网页设计方面尚属初学者水平，今天刚把 CSS: The Missing Manual 看完。同时也是因为近期写文章时，发现本博客之前使用的来自 iLemoned 主题 Dark 有些不合适：

• 有时文章中会有一些代码，且每行代码均较长，dark 的三栏式设计就会导致超出部分被遮住。
• 发布代码时若使用 code 这个标签则会在发表的文章中多出一些无用的代码
• 主题的色调有些偏暗，个人觉得会给人带来阴郁的感觉

除此之外，dark 这个主题还是很不错，只不过不太适合用于本博客而已。

鉴于以上几点，今天本博客起用来自 Hello Wiki 的主题：Hello :D。

• Hello :D 的两栏式设计是的页面中有足够的空间用于显示代码
• 同时主题中还包括一个目前所有 WordPress 主题中都少见的 print.css, 这个样式列表的作用是指导浏览器打印你的网页。
• 另外，整个主题显得很大气，色调适中。

点击此处下载我修改后的版本：hello-d-modified.zip 。我所做的修改主要集中在 print.css，修正了原模板打印时会连侧边栏、评论表单一起打印的问题、同时略为调整了一下特定链接在打印出的文稿中的显示方式。
